Spyderco’s original Salt 2 model combined the highly refined handle ergonomics and multiple carry options of the best-selling Delica 4 platform with ultra-corrosion-resistant materials. This all-new version of the Salt 2 raises the bar even higher with the addition of LC200N martensitic blade steel and a low-friction, full-flat grind.
Available with a choice of a PlainEdge or fully serrated SpyderEdge, this remarkable knife proudly shares all the other proven features of the Salt 2, including a sturdy back lock mechanism, a Bi-Directional Textured™ fiberglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) handle, and a four-position titanium pocket clip. Like our other LC200N lightweight Salts, this knife also showcases a high-visibility green handle color.

Undeniably one of Spyderco’s most popular and in-demand designs, the Para Military 2 distills the world-class performance of our legendary Military Model into a more compact, pocket-friendly package. Not content with that feat, it then added the extreme strength, reliability, and ease of use of our Compression Lock mechanism and the versatility of a four-position pocket clip.
The resulting synergy is far greater than the sum of its parts and, to many end users, represents the ultimate folding knife design. To push the performance envelope even further, this model features CPM S45VN blade steel and textured camouflage pattern G-10 scales.

Reasons we offer smaller knives are numerous but essentially people's hands come in different sizes and we occasionally find ourselves in social situations that dictate use of a smaller blade. Many think smaller versions of the same model are simply shrunk down. Not so. For every design to reach its utmost level of ergonomic comfort and maximum performance we often take features and engineer/rework them into a more diminutive pattern. An example is our 79mm version of the Rescue Model.
A smaller equivalent of the C14 93mm Rescue, it too has a flat saber-ground, SpyderEdge, VG-10 blade that ends in a sheepfoot safety tip. For smoother thumb rotation we enlarged the Spyderco Trademark Round Hole, which in turn creates a prominent hump to position the thumb on while cutting. The FRN waffle textured handle is available in indigo blue, black and safety orange with an ambidextrous, tip-up pocket clip.

Originally released in 1994, the Dragonfly helped pioneer the use of an index-finger "choil" — a "50/50 choil" — that allows a small knife to provide hand-filling, big-knife performance. It positions the hand further forward on the knife for superior leverage and control, and was one of Spyderco's original lightweight designs, helping introduce injection-molded fiberglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) handles to the market.
The Dragonfly 2 evolves the original with a reversible deep-pocket wire clip for ambidextrous tip-up carry, a versatile leaf-shaped VG-10 stainless steel blade, and a sturdy back lock mechanism. This version features a bright orange FRN handle — easy to spot in low-visibility conditions and hard to lose in the field.
Blade Steel: VG-10 Stainless Steel, Full-Flat Grind

It seems like small knives get respect equivalent to their size, very little. Most people wouldn't look at a subcompact lightweight car and think "high-performance vehicle". That first estimation could change when it's revealed that clown car is disproportionately packing 350 horsepower and a high-speed racing package.
Another example of stature not accurately representing ability is a Spyderco Dragonfly. Its cutting ability is unequal to its diminutive package and innocuous name. It kicks off with premium components like VG-10 blade steel and a G-10 foliage green handle. The VG-10 is tooled into a full flat-grind 2-1/4" long blade with a spine cusp jutting out the top where the thumb naturally settles itself for control over the cutting edge. The G-10 handle is ergonomically blueprinted so when held and used the knife feels and performs like a larger tool. Even the positioning of the Spyderco Round Opening Hole in relation to the pivot is tweaked for smooth opening and hitting all the correct pressure points in the hand. Blade and handle geometry create a series of grip angles with a purposeful flat shelf at the base where the pinkie finger rides as a leverage point.
Wire clip carries right or left-handed tip-up or use it as a money clip.

In 1991, Spyderco pioneered the concept of the first purpose-designed rescue knife by combining the safety of a sheepfoot blade profile, the cutting power of a serrated SpyderEdge, and the lightweight convenience of an FRN handle. The Rescue 3 brings that proven design up to date with an ergonomically enhanced FRN handle with Bi-Directional Texturing™, skeletonized stainless steel liners, and a four-position hourglass clip that supports all possible carry positions. Its full-flat-ground VG-10 blade is serrated all the way to the tip for extreme cutting power and features a 14mm Spyderco hole for positive one-handed deployment with either hand. Weighing less than four ounces, the Rescue 3 is the perfect carry-anywhere tool for first responders and prepared civilians.

ENDURA 4--STAINLESS STEEL HANDLE/SPYDEREDGE
The Spyderco Endura 4 combines proven mid-size performance with refined engineering. Its signature Spyderedge serrated blade delivers exceptional cutting power across varied materials, while the stainless steel handle resists corrosion and maintains a secure grip in demanding conditions. The iconic round hole opener enables one-handed deployment with precision. Built on decades of Spyderco's design philosophy, this folder balances edge retention, durability, and practical carry for professionals and enthusiasts who demand reliability in the field.
In the 1980’s, the original Spyderco Endura blazed a trail as one of the first lightweight clip-carry folding knives. Today it remains one of our most popular models and continues to set the standard for all other knives of its breed. Now in its fourth generation, it has also inspired a broad range of variations to meet virtually every user’s needs and preferences.
All Endura 4 Lightweights are distinguished by their skeletonized stainless steel liners and injection-molded fiberglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) handles. This specific version of the design includes a saber-ground VG-10 stainless steel blade, a PlainEdge™ cutting edge, and an Emerson Opening feature. This integral hook on the spine of the blade snags the pocket as the knife is drawn to quickly and automatically pivot the blade open. Invented by renowned custom knifemaker Ernest Emerson, this patented device is licensed for use by Spyderco. The blade is supported by a sturdy back lock mechanism that locks it securely open when in use yet allows easy ambidextrous lock release. Bi-Directional Texturing™ on the handle ensures a positive grip in even the most demanding conditions and its four-position pocket clip can be easily configured for tip-up or tip-down carry on either side of the body.
In 1990 Spyderco shook things up by introducing two knives, the Delica and Endura. First of their kind on the market, both folders opened up the knife market to lightweight performance, one-hand open pocketknives that just about everyone could afford. They settled as our top two bestsellers and their improvement hasn't slowed since.
We've always taken great pride in our efforts to push the envelope of performance by offering exotic blade steels in our knives. With that spirit in mind, we are proud to offer the Endura 4 Lightweight with a blade crafted from K390.
Manufactured by Böhler-Uddeholm, K390 MICROCLEAN® is a state-of-the-art cold work tool steel produced by the particle metallurgy process. Its advanced alloy mix was specifically developed to provide the extreme wear resistance and high compressive strength needed in industrial cutting, blanking, and punching operations. Despite its toughness, its exceptionally fine, homogeneous microstructure also makes it readily machinable and easy to heat treat.
Collectively, these qualities make K390 an outstanding blade material for true steel connoisseurs.
The Police 4 is the largest member of Spyderco's select family of lightweight knives featuring K390 MICROCLEAN tool steel blades. Ideal for extreme cutting challenges, it combines the toughness and superior edge-holding characteristics of K390 with all the proven qualities of this highly refined design -- including the low-friction edge geometry of a full-flat-ground blade, a fully accessible Trademark Round Hole, a high-strength back lock mechanism, and a four-position pocket clip.
