Return Window
You have 60 days from delivery to request a return.
Refund Method
- Changed your mind / buyer's remorse: Refunds are issued as store credit for use on a future purchase. Store credit never expires.
- Defective, damaged, or wrong item shipped: Full refund to your original payment method, or replacement at your choice.
Condition Requirements
Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging, paperwork, and accessories included. Knives must not have been sharpened, carried, used, or modified.

- Used, sharpened, carried, or modified knives
- Engraved, etched, or personalized items
- Special orders
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items
- Gift cards
- Sharpening services already performed
How to Start a Return
Email support@razorsharpaz.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with return instructions.
Do not ship items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping and return shipping are not refundable. Exception: if the return is due to our error or a defective product, we cover return shipping.
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval within 2 business days. Store credit is issued immediately upon approval. Refunds to the original payment method post within 2 business days, though your bank may take additional time to display the credit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to request a return for store credit, then place a new order for the replacement item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at support@razorsharpaz.com so we can make it right.
