The Neuron now comes in three styles.

Standard Gen2: This is the 2nd generation of the standard Neuron. It has both a front and back flipper

Non-Flipper: does not have a Flipper

Left-Handed: has both the front and back flipper, but includes a clip on the opposite side of the standard version allowing for an easier left handed carry
