The Case® Peach Seed Jig Amber Bone CS Large Stockman is a three-blade slipjoint that represents the true heart of the Case line. The warm amber bone handle with its signature peach seed jig pattern is instantly recognizable — rich in texture and character, and built to be carried and used for a lifetime. The Case oval shield and nickel silver bolsters add a refined, classic finish.
The Stockman pattern packs three purpose-built blades into one compact knife: a clip blade for multi-purpose cutting and detail work, a sheepfoot blade for carving and clean cuts, and a spey blade for all-purpose utility. All three are mirror-polished Case Chrome (CS) steel — the original Case blade steel, prized for its keen edge and easy re-sharpening. Note that chrome steel requires a light coat of oil to prevent rust and maintain its finish over time.
