The Sowbelly pattern is a heavy-duty evolution of the Stockman, named for its distinctive rounded belly shape. Three full-length Tru-Sharp surgical stainless steel blades — Clip, Sheepfoot, and Spey — cover everything from precision detail work to carving to all-purpose utility.
